Project Summary
Danafko USA is a multi-channel trading and eCommerce company that I helped launch and operationalize from the ground up. Acting as Technical & Operational Lead, I designed and implemented the company’s entire digital ecosystem, including four eCommerce websites, seller accounts across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and social platforms like Meta and TikTok, as well as custom automation tools to streamline operations.
Beyond technology, I led branding and product initiatives—registering brands with USPTO, designing packaging and media assets, and coordinating private-label manufacturing for insulated bottles and protein shakers. I also optimized operational efficiency by building internal IT systems, databases, and workflows, while reducing monthly costs and enhancing scalability and security.
This project reflects a full-spectrum approach to launching and growing a modern trading company, blending technical innovation, operational strategy, and brand development to create a scalable and market-ready business.
